More Beauty Execs Join Huda Beauty

A slew of seasoned beauty executives have joined Huda Kattan's growing beauty business.
Laurent Mialhe is now chief supply chain officer; Clementine Raisin has joined the business as senior vice president of global marketing; Pierre-Etienne Bureau has started as chief financial officer; and Susan Kim has been appointed senior vice president for global digital and U.S. marketing.
The hires join other key executives that Huda Beauty brought on earlier, like Nathalie Kristo who joined the business from NYX in late 2018, and Helena Sampson who joined from Kendo.
At Huda Beauty, Mialhe will be in charge of developing and executing the global strategy and innovation plan related to the business' supply chain. He joins after working as executive vice president of supply chain for Shiseido Americas, where he handled the integrated supply chain for brands like Nars, BareMinerals, Laura Mercier and others. He also has worked for Fareva USA, Coty, Procter & Gamble and LVMH.
Raisin, who will be based in Huda Beauty's Los Angeles office, will oversee strategic brand initiatives, trade marketing and education, merchandising, social, public relations and influencer activity, Before joining the business, she was lead marketing for Unilever-owned Kate Somerville. Raisin has also worked for Unilever and Caudalie.
Bureau joins Huda Beauty from Make Up For Ever, where he oversaw finance during a period of fast growth for the makeup brand. Before Make Up For Ever, he was with LVMH and Dior. Bureau is based in Dubai.
Kim, who will also be based in Los Angeles, is in charge of overseeing digital growth for the brand, including direct-to-consumer channels. Kim joined the business from Benefit Cosmetics, where she oversaw marketing and influencer programs. Before that, Kim worked at L'Oréal and Mattel.
